Claap offers native integrations with Google Meet and Zoom. To record meetings happening on other platforms (Slack Huddle, Microsoft Teams), you can use Claap’s desktop app. Make sure to enable “System Audio Capture” to record meeting audio properly.

All videos are stored in a secured video workspace. Admins can control sharing policy to prevent public link sharing. You can also decide the level of access you want to grant per team, channel and recording (can view, can comment, no access).

Yes, you can import videos recorded outside of Claap. Those videos will be automatically transcribed and you can generate a summary using the template you want.
