- Sync Conversations: Chorus.ai will automatically sync your team's conversations with the appropriate Salesforce Account and/or Opportunity. This includes capturing call details like Account Name, Opportunity Name, Stage, and other relevant data.
- CRM Objects Creation: In the Salesforce Integration settings within Chorus, configure how different types of engagements are logged. You can choose to have Chorus create Tasks or Events in Salesforce, which can be customized further using Salesforce’s Process Builder.
Step 4: Import Salesforce Fields
To leverage Salesforce data for filtering calls in Chorus.ai:
- Access Integration Settings: In Chorus, go to Settings > Integration Settings.
- Import CRM Data: Scroll to ‘Import CRM Data for Additional Use Cases Like Filtering and Search’. Click Select CRM Fields.
- Choose Fields: Select the Salesforce fields you want to import. These fields will then appear as filters in Chorus on the Recordings, Deals, or Analytics pages, allowing users to filter calls based on detailed CRM data.
