Where are my Chorus.ai Recordings Stored?

Your Chorus.ai recordings are easily accessible within the platform. For personal recordings, navigate to the My Recordings page found under the Engagements tab. Here, you’ll find all your recordings and upcoming meetings organized with the most recent at the top. Team recordings can be accessed under the My Team's Recordings tab, which displays calls by your team members in order of recency. Additionally, use the search function via the magnifying glass icon for keyword searches related to customer names, meeting titles, or rep names.

How Do I Edit My Chorus.ai Recordings?

Editing a call in Chorus.ai is straightforward if you have the necessary permissions as an admin or have been granted editing rights. Please note, you must be a Chorus.ai Admin or have been granted permission by a Chorus.ai Admin.

Step 1: Locate the Call

Find the call you wish to edit. For individual edits, use the My Recordings page under the Engagements tab; for team recordings, go to My Team's Recordings. Utilize filters or the search function for precise searching.

Step 2: Access Recording Settings

Click on the gear icon next to the title of the meeting to open the recording settings. Here you can:

  • Change the meeting name
  • Modify the associated record
  • Change the recording owner
  • Make the recording private

Step 3: Download or Edit the Recording

From the recording settings, choose to download the video, audio, or transcript of the call. If downloading, you'll be directed to a new tab where you can control playback speed or download the file.

Step 4: Make Additional Edits

Utilize the options within the Recording Settings to further customize the recording according to your needs, such as adjusting privacy settings or updating the call metadata.

Why isn't Chorus.ai Integrating with Zoom?

If you encounter issues integrating Chorus.ai with Zoom, ensure that:

  • You have the necessary admin permissions on both platforms.
  • Cloud recording and Custom Live Streaming Service are enabled in Zoom.
  • Chorus.ai app is approved and correctly set up via the Zoom Marketplace. Review the integration steps to confirm each stage has been completed correctly, and consult Chorus.ai support for further assistance.
